There are several types of video archives in Axxon PSIM:

1. Video server archive (main archive).
2. Backup archive.
3. Videogate archive.
4. Edge storage archive.

To limit access for the operator to play back a particular type of the video archive, do the following:

1. In the System settings window, go to the Users tab.
2. In the object tree in the lower left part of the screen, select the user rights corresponding to the operator access rights that you want to change.
   The settings panel of the User rights object opens on the right.
   
3. On the Video archive tab, you can set access parameters for each archive type:

   1. In the Depth ___ last hours field, specify the number of hours available for viewing.

      The number of the last hours of video archive available for viewing must be an integer.

      Enter the 0 value in the Depth ___ last hours field to disable access to the archive.

   2. If hours are counted since the last login to the system, set the Since last access checkbox. If hours must be counted since the current moment, don't set the Since last access checkbox.

      If you set the Since last access checkbox and specify the number of hours available for viewing, the last hours are counted until the registration moment. If you set the Since last access checkbox but leave the Depth ___ last hours field blank, the access to the main archive playback isn't limited.

4. Click the Apply button.

Limiting access to the video archive playback for the operator is complete.
