By default, the operator is allowed to export video recordings and print out video frames from the archive, as well as send video archive frames for printing using the Export item from the camera menu in the Surveillance window.

To limit the operator rights to export and print out the archive, do the following:

  1. In the System settings window, go to the Users tab (1).
  2. In the object tree in the lower left part of the screen, select the object corresponding to the operator access rights that you want to change (2).
    The settings panel of the User rights object opens on the right.
  3. To prevent the operator from exporting archive frames, clear the Allow frame export checkbox (3).
  4. To prevent the operator from printing archive frames, clear the Allow frame printout checkbox (4).
  5. To prevent the operator from exporting videos from the archive, clear the Allow video clip export checkbox (5).
  6. To prevent the operator from remotely exporting videos from the archive, clear the Allow remote export checkbox (6).
  7. To prevent the operator from configuring hidden areas on videos, clear the Allow configuration of hidden areas on video image checkbox (7). 
  8. Click the Apply button (8).

Configuring rights to export and print out the archive is complete.
