The sensor icon on the Floor plan map shows the current state of the sensor:

Icon	State
	Sensor is armed
	Alarm event confirmed
	Sensor is connected to the System
	Sensor is disconnected in the System
	Sensor connection is lost

The current state of the sensor is also indicated by the icon background color:

To control a sensor on the map, select its icon, and the context menu will open:
