The Motion detection is based on detecting differences between the current frame and the static background, and it generates an event when there is a movement in the camera FOV. You can use the metadata from the Motion detection to operate its sub-tools (see Standard sub-detectors)
- If you plan to use the metadata of the Motion detection for forensic search in archive (see Search in archive), you may need to update the license file. Contact a manager of AxxonSoft to get a detailed information and a license file.
- You cannot determine the object type and color based on metadata from the Motion detection.
