The VI detection of camera state module is used for solving the following tasks:

1. Recognition of atypical changes in the video surveillance scene (lighting, darkening, de-focusing).

2. Recognition of the video surveillance scene change type.

3. Generation of an alarm at the atypical video surveillance scene change.
