Hotkeys (or key combinations) allow performing frequently used actions without using a mouse.

To assign hotkeys (key combinations), do the following:

1. Go to the Hotkeys tab.
   
2. Assign a key or key combination to the (To work, Release, Suspend, Escalate, Show video) action by pressing which the operator can take an event into processing. To do this, enter in the text field:
   1. A single letter, service character, or digit.
   2. Key combinations using Ctrl, Shift, or Alt along with any letter, digit, or service character.
3. Click the Apply button.
