General information

You can use the Licensing tab to manage license keys. In the tab, you can add new keys, view their expiration dates, and view the number of available licenses and modules.

In the Licensing tab, you can see a table with keys. The following columns are displayed for each key:

• Key—the name of the license file.
• Total—the total number of modules available in the license.
• In use—the number of license modules already in use.
• Domains—the number of domains bound to the license key.
• Expires—the license expiration date.
• Expires in—the number of days remaining until the license expires.
• Actions—a menu for working with the selected key.

You can sort the license keys by each column. To do this, click the buttons next to the column title:

• —sort in descending order.
• —sort in ascending order.

To search for the required license, enter the license key or domain name in the search field.

Add a license

To add a license key:

1. Click the Add key button.
2. In the window that opens, click the Browse button.
   
   A window opens in which you need to select a license file with the .key extension on your computer.
3. Click the Add button.

As a result, the key appears in the tab and becomes available for use.

View information about a license

To view detailed information about a license, find the required license key in the table and click it. An additional panel with detailed license information opens.

The panel that opens displays the following information about the selected license key:

• The license key ID in the Sale system.
• The license key expiration date.
• The Domains tab with a list of domains for which the selected license key is activated.
• The Available modules tab with a list of modules in the license key.

View available modules of the license key

To view available modules in the license key, go to the Available modules tab. A table opens where you can see:

• Module names.
• The number of used and free modules.

Add a domain to the license key

The Domains tab displays all domains for which the selected license key has been activated. To add a new domain to a license key:

1. Click the Add domains button.
2. A window opens in which you need to select a domain to add to the key.
3. Click the Apply button.

As a result, the domain is bound to the license key.

Domain configuration

To manage modules of a specific domain:

1. Click the gear button next to the required domain.
2. If necessary, set limits for available modules in the window that opens.
3. Click the Apply button.

As a result, the limits for the selected modules are changed.

To remove a domain from the license key:

1. Click the Delete button next to the required domain.
2. Confirm domain deletion by clicking the Yes button.
   

As a result, the selected domain is excluded from the license key.

Filter license keys

To view specific license keys, you can filter them. To do this:

1. In the Licensing tab, click the Filter button.
2. In the window that opens, specify the required filtering criteria:
   1. In the Expires field, specify the expiration date of the license key.
   2. From the Expires in drop-down list, select the time before the license expires:
      • 5 days.
      • This week.
      • This month.
      • This year.
      • User defined.
   3. When you select User defined, in the additional Expires field, specify the number of days until the license expires.
3. Click the Apply button.

As a result, the license keys that match the filter criteria are displayed.

Configure notifications

To receive notifications about license expiration:

1. In the Licensing tab, click the three-dot button in the Actions column next to the required license key.
2. Click the Configure notification button. 
   
3. In the window that opens, in the Notification days before expiration field, specify how many days before the license expiration you want to receive a notification.
4. Click the Add button.
   
5. In the Emails for receiving notifications field, enter one or more emails of users who will receive notifications.
6. Click the Save button.

As a result, the specified users will receive notifications about the expiration of the license key.

Disable notifications

To disable notifications:

1. Click the three-dot button in the Actions column next to the required license key.
2. Click the Configure notification button. 
   
3. In the window that opens, click the Delete notification button.
4. Confirm deletion of the notification by clicking the Yes button.
   

As a result, notifications are deleted.

Change the name of the license key

To change the name of the license key:

1. Click the three-dot button in the Actions column next to the required license key.
2. Click the Rename button.
   
3. In the window that opens, in the Name field, change the name of the license key.
   
4. Click the Apply button.

As a result, the name of the license key is changed.

Delete license key

To delete a license key in the Licensing tab:

1. Click the three-dot button in the Actions column next to the required license key.
2. Click the Delete button.
   
3. Confirm deletion of the license key by clicking the Yes button.
   

As a result, the license key is deleted.
