Synchronization of a domain or lists of faces and lists of license plates is used to restore the correct synchronization between Axxon Datacenter and Axxon One. You can use synchronization in Axxon Datacenter in cases when automatic synchronization has failed or was incomplete.

Forced synchronization allows you to manually restart the relevant processes and reload the data.

The buttons for forced synchronization are available only to users who are assigned the Force synchronization of users and roles with the domain permission (see Сloud permissions).

To perform synchronization:

  1. Go to the Domains tab.
  2. Click the button next to the domain name.
  3. In the menu that opens, select More details.

  4. In the panel that opens on the right, click the required button:

    Force sync lists of faces

    		Initiates a resynchronization of lists of faces between Axxon Datacenter and Axxon One. This operation resets the data of current lists and then reloads them from Axxon Datacenter. You can use this button in cases when list synchronization was performed incorrectly (for example, not all lists were loaded into the system)
    Force sync lists of license platesInitiates a resynchronization of lists of license plates between Axxon Datacenter and Axxon One. Synchronization is performed once again. All lists from Axxon Datacenter are loaded again. You can use this button in cases when list synchronization was performed incorrectly (for example, not all lists were loaded into the system)
    Restart domain synchronization

    Restarts domain synchronization without a complete state reset. Initiates the reconnection to the domain and updates data between all connected systems. Recommended for partial synchronization failures (for example, if not all roles or entities were synchronized)

    Fully restart domain synchronizationInitiates a complete reset of domain synchronization. The connection to the domain is reestablished, after which all associated systems and data undergo a full resynchronization. Recommended for use in cases of severe or repeated synchronization errors

After you click the required button, wait for the synchronization to complete. Once the synchronization is complete, the domain or lists of faces and license plates are synchronized.
