The Access Manager module is used to manage access and control the movement of employees and visitors within the protected facility. The system allows for the configuration of time zones, access levels, and visiting schedules for both individual users and departments.
The server part of the module is included in the Axxon One ACFA Integration package. The client part is supplied as a separate package with its own installer and supports updates of the installed version.

The Access Manager module allows you to:
- Create schedules and work schemes with weekly intervals and assign them individually to each employee or the department as a whole.
- Configure the movement rules of employees and visitors within the facility according to access levels.
- Aggregate the process of creating/editing employees and access levels in a single interface.
- View the personnel structure of the company by departments and get information on each employee.
- Calculate the total work hours for each employee of the department and present the results as a table.
- Create a report on the total work hours by employees.
- Create a report on the location of employees and on the passages of employees.
- Create a report on all passages of employees for the selected period.
