General information

The Access Manager module allows you to create, edit, copy, view, and delete schedules. A schedule is used as a work schedule. In the Access Manager module, you can set a week interval within a schedule, that is, an interval for specific days of the week.

Create a schedule

To create a schedule:

  1. Go to the Schedules tab.
  2. Click the Create button.
  3. In the window that opens, in the Name field, enter the name of the schedule that you are creating. The name must be unique. Also, the name must not contain the following characters: < | >. If a schedule with this name already exists in the system, a corresponding message is displayed when you attempt to save such a schedule. Such a schedule won't be saved.
  4. If necessary, you can add weekly intervals to the schedule:
    1. Click the button at the bottom of the Schedule settings window. A new interval is created, and the interval settings panel is displayed.
    2. Enter the start and end time of the schedule.
    3. Set the checkboxes next to the days when the interval must be in effect.
    4. To delete an interval, click the Delete button next to the required interval.
