The Auto-Intellect software is compatible with both 32-bit and 64-bit license versions of OS Microsoft Windows. The NTFS file system.

The Auto-Intellect software is compatible with the same versions of operating systems as the Intellect software package.

Important!

When using Carmen 7.3 in Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008, the foolowing requirements are to be met:

  • KB3033929 security update;
  • Hotfix;
  • Carmen Freeflow SDK from Auto-Intellect recognition engines. If an older version of Carmen Freeflow SDK is installed, then it is to be removed before installing a newer one.
