Rights to export and printout

By default, the operator is allowed to export video recordings and video frames from the archive, as well as send video archive frames for printing using the Export item from the camera menu in the surveillance window.

You can forbid export or printout as follows:

1. In the System settings window, go to the Users tab (1).
   
2. In the object tree located below the User rights button, select the object corresponding to the operator access rights that you want to change (2).
   The settings panel of the User rights object opens on the right.
3. To forbid the operator to export archive frames, clear the Allow frame export checkbox (3).
4. To forbid the operator to print archive frames, clear the Allow frame printout checkbox (4).
5. To forbid the operator to export archive clips, clear the Allow video clip export checkbox (5).
6. Click the Apply button (6).

Export and printout rights are now set.
