Configuring the interval of message sending Here I Am

It is required to specify the interval of message sending Here I Am for online working with the VertX controllers in the ACFA PSIM software package. If the interval of message sending Here I Am is not specified, the controller will work correctly, but it will display as offline controller in the ACFA PSIM software.
