Functionality of the Neurocounter module

Neurocounter counts the number of objects in the given surveillance area using the neural network. When the event condition is met, an event with the number of detected objects is generated.

In contrast to the neural tracker, the neurocounter generates only one event. Neurocounter consumes fewer resources than the neural tracker that processes a large number of objects.
