New Features and Enhancements

1. Added the possibility of filtering by time and added the By department sorting type to the Report by employee passes.

1. Added the time of violation fixation to the Traffic rules violations report. 
2. Added the Resolution field that displays the status of an incident to the Incident manager report.

Bug Fixes

1. Added the support for the 64-bit version of Axxon PSIM.
2. Added the possibility of customizing the report parameters when sending it to the email.
3. Added the possibility of filtering the employees by the expired access levels to the Report by users' access levels and readers. 
4. Updated the Average queue length in time interval report and added the type of data averaging.
5. Fixed a bug when an empty Statistics by cashiers report was generated by the schedule.

6. Fixed a bug when an empty Recognized number plates report was generated when the RoadAR vendor and model recognizer module was used.
