By default, the server time is synchronized with the OS time. You can synchronize the server time with the NTP Server. For this, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Axxon One is installed in Windows OS.
  2. In Windows OS, the Set time zone automatically option is enabled. To enable it in Windows 10/11, go to Settings → Time & Language.

To configure the NTP synchronization, do the following:

  1. Go to the Settings tab → Options tab → NTP synchronization item.
  2. Configure parameters specified in the table:

    By default, the NTP synchronization is disabled (the checkbox is cleared). To enable the NTP synchronization, set the checkbox

    Specify the address of the required NTP server

    Attention!

    If you clear the checkbox in the Enable field, then this field is unavailable.

    The default value is 1440. If necessary, change the time interval. The value must be in the range [15, 10080]

    Synchronize on IP devices

    By default, the time synchronization for IP devices connected to the server is disabled (the checkbox is cleared). To enable synchronization, set the checkbox

    Note

    NTP time synchronization on IP devices works only for devices connected via the ONVIF protocol.

  3. Click the Apply button. To cancel an action, click the Cancel button.

NTP synchronization is performed automatically once according to the value that is specified in the Synchronization interval parameter, as well as when you change the settings.
