You must confirm each change of the system parameters using the Apply button. After you click this button, the progress bar indicating that the settings are applied is displayed. You cannot work with the system until this process is complete.

You can discard changes using the Cancel button before clicking the Apply button.

You can implement the bulk application of settings for cameras of the same model and firmware (see Bulk application of settings). Also, using the Apply button, you can create multiple detectors of the same type for selected cameras (see Configuring detectors and their sub-detectors).

If you don't save all changes while shutting down the client, the window opens where you must confirm the client shutdown or cancel the operation and save the changes.

When you set up the hardware, you can reset parameters to default values and download the configuration from the device.

To reset the device parameters to default values, do the following:

  1. Select the device in the objects tree on the Hardware tab.
  2. Click the Reset button, then Reset parameters to default values.
  3. Click the Apply button.

If you add a camera using the ONVIF generic driver or the device configuration differs from its configuration in Axxon One, you can download the configuration from the device. To do this, do the following:

  1. Select the device in the objects tree on the Hardware tab.
  2. Click the Reset button, then Download configuration from device.
  3. Click the Apply button.

Resetting default values is complete.
