To configure SIP-operators on the SIP client of Axxon PSIM, do the following:

  1. Create the SIP-operator object on the basis of the SIP-terminal object.
  2. In the Number field (1), enter the identification number of the operator for calls.

  3. If you want to bind the SIP-operator to the Axxon PSIM user rights, do the following:

    1. Set the Bind operator to user rights checkbox (2).

    2. From the User drop-down list (3), select the corresponding Axxon PSIM user. When you select the default operator on the SIP panel, the User rights are used (see Operator settings of the SIP-panel interface object).

  4. From the Device priority drop-down list (4), select the priority of a call from this operator in the incoming calls window of the SIP panel. The lower the number, the higher the priority, and hence, the higher the call is displayed in the list. If you leave the field blank, the priority is considered to be minimal. Calls from operators with the same priority are sorted by the time of a call.

  5. In the Login field (5), specify the username to connect to the SIP server.
  6. In the Password field (6), specify the password to connect to the SIP server.
  7. Go to the Address book tab.
  8. In the Address books table (7), select address books, the access to the numbers of which must be available for this SIP-operator (see Configuring address book of SIP-terminal).

    Note

To add new lines to the table, use the "Down" key on the keyboard. To delete a line, use the Ctrl+Del key combination.

    1. To add all address books, click the All button (8).

    2. To add several address books, click the Range button (9). As a result, the Add address books window opens.

      1. Select the required address books from the left list (1) and use the buttons (2) to move them to the right list (3).

      2. Click the Apply changes and close button (4).

  9. Click the Apply button (10).
