To create the Incident server object, do the following:
- Select the required Computer object on the Hardware tab of the System settings dialog box (1).
- Right-click on the selected Computer object and in the context menu that appears, select Create object -> Incident server (2).
- In the window that appears, enter the number and name of the Incident server object.
- Click the Apply button.
The Incident server object is created.
