The Support.exe utility is used for collecting the information about the configuration and the hardware status, OS Windows, and Axxon PSIM. The utility generates an archive that is designed for the AxxonSoft technical support service. 

In case of improper operation or errors in Axxon PSIM, do the following:

  1. Go to the AxxonSoft tech support server: https://support.axxonsoft.com/.
  2. Register on the tech support server or log in to the already existing account.
  3. Submit a request for tech support with the description of the problem. Attach an archive generated by the Support.exe utility to the request.

Information on progress with the created request will be sent to the email specified at registration.
