Setting the operator rights for working with Intercom Subsystem

It is recommended to restrict the operator rights for the following actions:

Select microphones for listening to sound;
Control the record of video and audio archive;
Change the system settings (in case of Server configuration of Axxon PSIM software is in use on the Client).
