In immersive mode, video from a selected camera is shown above the map display. The location of the video on the map matches the field of view of the relevant camera; the map is adjusted accordingly.

To switch to immersive mode, display the map in 2D (see Changing the map tilt) and left-click the video camera icon or its field of view.

In immersive mode you can view video from only one video camera at a time.

To select another video camera, do one of the following:

  1. In a viewing tile, select the necessary video camera (see Selecting a video camera).
  2. Click the video camera icon or its field of view on the map, if possible.
  3. Exit immersive mode and select the necessary video camera on the map.

To exit immersive mode, do one of the following:

  1. Click the  button.
  2. Minimize the viewing tile by clicking the  button.
  3. Click a part of the map that does not contain the camera field of view.

Note

Actions 2 and 3 do not apply if a fisheye camera is in immersive mode (see Fisheye cameras in immersive mode)
