Editing object properties using the Properties panel

The Properties panel is displayed on the right side of the Map editor utility window when you select the View → Properties menu item.

You can also open this panel by selecting the Properties item in the context menu of any object.

When you select an object attached to the layer of the interactive map, the list of parameters of this object is displayed on the Properties panel. Also, you can edit these parameters using this panel.

For example, on this panel, you can set the color and font of the object caption, as well as the color and other parameters of the link icon with the layer in the form of a polygon.

When you select an object on the Properties panel, you can manage the display of this object parameter list by using the following buttons:

— expands the object parameters tree.

— sorts parameters in alphabetical order.

To edit the display parameters of several similar object icons simultaneously, select the required icons with the left mouse button while holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard. Further editing of parameters is performed in the same way as for one object.

If you select several different object icons (for example, image and line, or polygon and text), the group editing of their properties is unavailable.
