The ONVIF Server module enables stream transmission in order to get it via ONVIF protocol supporting audio playback, playback of onboard archive with audio, PTZ control, metadata transmission and support of sensors and relays.
The ONVIF Server module supports Digest authentication, event filtering according to ONVIF standard as well as Onvif ImagingService specification.
Attention!
The WS-addressing authentication is not supported in the ONVIF Server module. To connect the clients which use this authorization method, it is necessary to create a user with the root/root username and password, or log in without authorization.
MPEG, MJPEG and H264 codecs are supported when transmitting video via ONVIF 1.X and H264, H265, MJPEG and MPEG4 codecs when transmitting video via ONVIF 2.X.
Video is also transmitted via ONVIF Server in the multistream mode.
Configure the correspondence between Axxon PSIM user rights and ONVIF rights in order to differentiate rights when Clients use ONVIF Server - see Configuring rights to use ONVIF Server.
