To install a new interface language for the Axxon PSIM Software System, do the following:

  1. Download the latest version of the language pack from the AxxonSoft official website: https://www.axxonsoft.com/.
  2. Unzip LP.zip in any directory, i.e. D:\LP\.
  3. Go into the folder corresponding to the language you want to install, i.e. D:\LP\en to install English.
  4. Launch LP.msi.
  5. A window displaying the progress of the installation will be shown.

A language cannot be installed if the base product has not been installed. If the Axxon PSIM Software System has not been installed, a message indicating the need to install it will be shown.

Click OK to cancel the installation.

When the installation process is complete, a folder containing the required language files will be created in <Axxon PSIM installation directory>\Languages. Additionally, help files in the desired language will be placed in <Axxon PSIM installation directory>\Help.

Documentation in the installed language will also become available through Start –> Axxon PSIM –> Documentation.

Languages are uninstalled when the Axxon PSIM Software System is uninstalled.
