The Captions search object is a child of the Display system object. It is used to search for user queries in the captions database.

To create and set up the Captions search object, use the Interfaces tab in the System Settings window.

The Captions search interface object setup includes the following steps:

  1. Select the captioners.
  2. Specify the search criteria.
  3. Set up the Captions search interface window.

Attention!

The Captions search object also uses the ElasticSearch service (see Features of ElasticSearch service operation). If search by captions does not operate correctly, we recommend you to disable the ElasticSearch service using the SearchIndex parameter in the cam_title.run.config file (see XML-file parameters reference guide).
