The mobile client privacy is configured in the privacy section as follows:

Set the Fingerprint login checkbox if it is necessary to require fingerprint verification to login to the application. Restart the application to apply the setting. A fingerprint is requested only in case of an app cold startup (via an icon, push notification or camera widget). If the app was minimized and was not unloaded from memory by the Android system, then when the app is restarted, the fingerprint will not be requested.

Note

This parameter is available only for Android devices with a built-in fingerprint reader. Also, the fingerprint lock should be activated on Android device. Otherwise, there will be no such parameter.
