The Face recognition and search software module is designed to perform the following functions:

  1. Search in video archive by an image captured from a video camera.
  2. Search in video archive by an image loaded from a file.
  3. Monitoring the captured faces in a real-time mode.
  4. Tracking a person's movement on the map by the face search results (see Viewing face search results).
  5. Exporting the search results to the report file in PDF format.
  6. Working with the face databases.
  7. Counting the number of visitors.
  8. Displaying the additional face characteristics if their recognition is supported by the face recognition module that you use (see Configuring the additional face characteristics).
