Function

The Operator protocol is used to process events registered by alarm objects and to search events in the archive.

Functions

Operator protocol provides:

  1. displaying events registered by alarm objects;
  2. assigning a status (type) to the registered event;
  3. adding a comment to an event;
  4. event recording to the archive;
  5. searching for events in the archive;
  6. viewing event recording;
  7. escalating non-processed events to the operator protocol of a higher level.

Interface elements of the operator protocol are described below.

The Current events tab

  1. The frame of alarm moment:

  2. Information about an event:

    • system name of the event;
    • object logged the event;
    • time left before assigning the "non-processed event" type to the event or before event escalation;
    • date and time of event logging;
    • name of the Part object corresponding to the area where the event is logged;
    • information about event escalation.
  3. The field for a comment:
  4. Enabling the  checkbox, the type assigned to the corresponding event is applied to all events in the Current events tab

  5. The buttons of assigning the type (status) to the event. 

    Note.

    If the event has the "Escalate" status, then it is displayed in the interface of the operator protocol of a higher level. If there is no "Escalate" button, then there is no superior interface for the current operator protocol.


  6. The  button allows postponing the event processing once for the time period specified when configuring the Operator protocol.

     

  7. Optional parameters.

  8. The button of going to the archive to view and export video of the event 
  9. The button of going to the map layer where the source of event is 

The Search in events archive tab

  1. Selection list of department to which operator belongs . If the field is empty, than all operators are available for choice.


     
  2. The list of selecting the operator

  4. The button of setting the initial date 
  5. The button of setting the final date 
  6. The types of events by which the search is performed:
  7. The button of search start 
  8. The button of going to the archive to view and export video of the event
