The Disable checkbox

Set the checkbox

Sets the parent Display object  for the given Monitor object.

The X field

Enter the value in the field

Set the X coordinate in the horizontal axis for the upper-left corner of the Monitor interface box

The Monitor drop-down list

Select in the list

Sets the physical monitor number, the coordinates for which are assigned. The monitors are numbered from left to right, from top to bottom, i.e. the 1st monitor is the one in the upper left corner regardless of which monitor is assigned as main or what number the monitor has in OS.

On the illustration below, monitor numbers in OS are given in gray while numbers in Intellect are red.

Important! It is recommended to set the same resolution for all monitors in the system. Different resolution is only allowed if all monitors are aligned along a border (for example, upper border).

Specifies the ratio of the width and height of the video in the surveillance windows on the Video surveillance monitor.

Yes – the ratio of the width and height of the video corresponds to the ratio of the camera.
No – video fits the entire area of the Surveillance window, while the ratio may be affected.

The Show captions checkbox

Set the checkbox

Shows the captions for cameras of the Monitor interface box.

In large distributed systems it is recommended to disable captions on those monitors where captions are not planned to be shown in order to decrease the number of redundant events.

Is used when it is required to display video with greater resolution on which the ladder effect appears while displaying in the small window

Note. When this feature is enabled, the CPU load of the computer where the display is performed increases. It is recommended to use only to display video from analog cameras or low-resolution video.

Select value from the list

Specifies the procedure of video stream compression which is in use for video signal recompression for displaying on the Monitor. The value is to be selected in the Compression list if the compressor is specified.
