Each type of event in the Incident handler can be assigned a priority by which the operator can sort the events. By default, events have zero priority.

To do this:

  1. Go to the settings panel of the Incident handler object and select the Main tab.
  2. Add the required number of priorities to the Priority localization template table. To add a row to the table, select the last row and press the ↓ key on the keyboard. To delete rows from the table, use the Ctrl + Del key combination.
    1. The Priority column (1) is used to set the priority level.
    2. The Value column (2) is used to set the priority description. If the priority description is set, then it will be displayed in the Incident handler, otherwise the priority level will be displayed.

      Note

Create zero priority only if it is necessary to set a description for it that will be displayed in the Incident handler.

  3. For each type of event, set the level of the corresponding priority (see Selecting events to display and handle).
  4. Click the Apply button.
