How to submit a request

Submit a request as follows:

1. Sign in to JIRA.
2. Select a suitable topic from the list below the search bar. If there is no matching topic, click Create a request if the topic is not in the list.
   
   
3. Fill out the form (all fields are required except those marked as "optional"):
   
   • Summary – shortly describe you question.
   • Country – select the country you are in.
   • Phone number – enter your contact phone number.
   • Product – select the software you are using.
   • Description – describe your question in detail.
   • Attachment – click the Browse button, select a screenshot or other file you want to attach (up to 3 files, maximum file size 150 MB).
   • Colleagues – if necessary, add people who have an account at https://support.axxonsoft.com to the request.
4. Click Create.
