To configure the operator reaction, do the following:

  1.  Go to the settings panel of the Operator reaction object that is created on the basis of the Event manager object on the Interfaces tab of the System settings dialog window.
  2. From the Action type drop-down list, select the type of action that will be executed when you click the software button: Action on object or Shell command.
  3. From the Object type drop-down list, select the type of object on which the reaction will be sent when you click the software button.
  4. From the Object ID drop-down list, select the identification number of an object in Axxon PSIM.
  5. From the Action drop-down list, select the reaction that will be sent to the object when you click the software button.

  6. Set the Require operator's comment checkbox to display a window with a mandatory requirement to enter a comment when you click the software button. 

    Note

    Comments entered by an operator when making a decision are stored in the database and automatically displayed in the protocol report when the Operator reaction event is selected.

  7. Click the Apply button to save the changes..
