You can go to user editing when creating a user (see Creating a user in the Access Manager) or as follows:
- Open a list of users (see Viewing a list of users).
- Double-click the required user. The Editing. <User name> (ID) window opens.
In this window, you can do the following:- Setting user parameters.
- Assigning access card to a user.
- Assigning access levels to a user.
- Assigning photo to a user.
- Adding biometric parameters (fingerprints).
- Opening a folder with user documents.
- Adding extension buttons.
These actions are described in the sections below.
Note
Rights for user editing can be limited when configuring the Access Manager module. In this case, the message about the lack of corresponding rights will display after double-clicking the user name. See also Configuring the rights to manage objects in Access Manager.
