Creating vouchers is performed in the Vouchers submenu of Documents menu of Time and Attendance software module (see Documents menu).
To create voucher, do the following:
- Go to the document properties bar.
- Click the New button (1).
- In the Name field (2) enter the document name.
- In the Document code field (3) enter the letter code (or second digital code) of document.
- In the Digital code field (4) enter the unique digital code of document.
- Set the Add to working time checkbox (5) if it is necessary to add time during which the employee was out the workplace to the total working time.
- In the Description field (6) add the comment to the document.
- To save changes click the Save button (7).
Note.
To discard changes click the Cancel button (8).
This completes the process of creating voucher.
