Cloud

The first phase has the following limitations:

  1. The supervisor is configured only by AxxonSoft specialists. Do not make changes to its configuration yourself.
  2. It is not allowed to create more cameras in the branch then it was designed for.
  3. Branches within the same customer should be created sequentially. A new branch should be created strictly after completing the creation of the previous one.
  4. It is not allowed to create the branch intended for some specific cameras with specific detection tools and then create different cameras with different detection tools in it.
  5. It is forbidden to remove the root user from the system. This will disturb the interaction between the cloud service and Axxon One.

SMS and Email notification

The cloud service provides the ability to send SMS and E-mail messages with alarms from video cameras. Before you enable the notifications, ensure the following:

  • the alarms are generated less frequently than once in every 10 minutes for all video cameras;
  • the correct time zone is set for the detection tool (for example, night time);
  • the Initiate if not active parameter is selected in the macro.
