The choice of hardware platform depends on which software platform is to be used: Axxon One or Axxon PSIM (see Axxon One features and General description of Axxon PSIM).

By default, the platform is calculated for a 64-bit system and 64-bit modules.

If you use cameras that do not support x64 mode (outdated camera models, a complete list of which is available on the Documentation Drivers Pack page) or if you install software on a 32-bit operating system, then select the x32 mode as follows:

  1. Click on the Settings button in the upper right corner of the page.
  2. In the window that opens, set the Bit depth of the calculation mode switch (1) to the required position.
  3. Click Save (2).

Attention!

It is recommended to use the x64 mode because x32 mode has the following restrictions:

  1. In x32 mode, the amount of used RAM is limited to 3 GB.
  2. Some detection tools do not support x32 mode. For a list of such detection tools, see the documentation for the corresponding software or vertical solution.
