Attention!

Configure the cloud service in order to connect via AxxonNet https://axxonnet.com/ (see Configuring a domain in AxxonNet).

Connection via AxxonNet

To connect via AxxonNet, do the following:

  1. After you launch the app, stay on the Cloud login tab.

    Note

    If you logged into AxxonNet with a Google account, in the app, select Login with Google and skip the following steps.

  2. In the Cloud server url field, enter the address of the server to which you want to connect. By default, https://axxonnet.com/.

  3. In the Email and Password fields, specify the account details for connecting to AxxonNet.

  4. Select the Login button.

If the connection is successful, the Profile tab will be displayed (see The Profile tab in the AxxonNet mobile client on Android OS).

Login using two-factor authentication

If you enter a previously registered email/password when logging into the AxxonNet cloud, and two-factor authentication is enabled in the current cloud, an email with a confirmation code will be sent to the specified email address, which you must enter in the Confirmation code field.

If you enter an invalid code, the number of remaining attempts will be displayed. The maximum number of attempts is three. If you enter an invalid code three times, you won't be able to enter a new code for 10 minutes. A countdown timer will be displayed.

If the connection is successful, the Profile tab will be displayed.
