To create and edit layouts in Web Client click 
to access the corresponding menu.
There are a number of things you need to consider when dealing with layouts in Web Client:
- In Web Client, you cannot edit/share/delete layouts created in the main Client. You can only copy layouts.
- Layouts created in Web Client will not be available in the main Client.
