Compatibility

This version of DetectorPack is compatible with Axxon Next starting with version 4.5.10 and Axxon One. 

What's new:

  1. Updated License plate recognition (IV): fixed launch issue on some GPUs.

  2. Updated License plate recognition (RR):

    1. Added vehicle model recognition function.

    2. Fixed operation issue on some GPUs.

  3. Updated License plate recognition (VT): fixed a third-party licensing service launch issue.

  4. Updated Face detection tool:

    1. Updated manufacturer's SDK. This means that once you update DetectorPack to version 3.7.4, the previously recognized faces can no longer be searched.

    2. The result of GPU mode operation on video with resolution higher than 1920*1080 now is the same as the CPU mode operation.

    3. Improved GPU performance.

    4. Improved the detection tool operation.

  5. Updated Face detection tool (VL):

    1. Improved stability.

    2. Improved the detection tool operation.

    3. Optimized the detection tool performance.

      Note

      Installation of the following two packages from the Axxon DetectorPack is required for the Face detection tool (VL) operation:

      • Face detection tool (VL) package v.3.7.4
      • Face detection tool (VL) SDK package v.3.7.4

Recommendations

  1. When using the Object Tracker detection tool, it is not recommended to use GPU decoding.
  2. It is recommended to use a GPU for any Face detection tool.
