This sends emails to the pre-set addresses. Exported videos or snapshots can be attached.

Attention!

Connection to AxxonNet is required to receive alerts by email (see AxxonNet.com).

To configure e-mail notification:

  1. Email message: (1) − select the system object for email notifications when a macro starts.

  2. Enter e-mail addresses of anyone who should be notified (2). 

    Note

    Multiple email addresses can be specified. Separate them with comma (,) or semicolon (;).

    Note

    Notifications will be sent at the address you specified when configuring the E-mail object (see The E-mail Object).

  3. Subject: (3) − select the the subject field for email notification.

  4. Message: (4) − enter the text for email notification.

    Note

    You can use templates to build a message body (see Text templates in macros).

  5. If necessary, you can attach exported videos or snapshots to your message. Click  to add and configure additional parameters (5). Configuration of these parameters is identical to configuration of export (see Starting export).

    Note

    If the During: field is not specified, the snapshot is sent. You can set the format of video/snapshot export in the Export agent settings (see 내보내기 에이전트 구성).

  6. If a macro is launched from a group of cameras (see Configuring filters for event-driven macros), you can send frames from all cameras as attachment in a single email message. To make it possible, select the All in one email checkbox (6). If this checkbox is not selected, camera images will be sent in separate letters.
