Assessing an alarm event allows you to assign statuses to different alarm events based on their significance and criticality.

To assess an alarm event, go to the Alarm management mode (see Switching to the Alarm management mode). To assess an alarm event, use the group of colored buttons in the lower left corner of the Alarm management window.

After assessing an alarm event, the Surveillance window on the given Client automatically switches to the Live mode. The corresponding alarm event is no longer in the Alert tab and is assigned a specific status.

Attention!

In the case of multi-user alarm event processing, only the first operator who switched to the Alarm management mode can assess an alarm event (if they have the appropriate permissions). For the rest of the operators, the alarm event assessment buttons are not displayed.
