For the Face detector and temperature control to work properly, the following camera requirements must be met:
- Frame rate is at least 8 FPS.
- Resolution is at least 1280х960 pixels.
- Indoor installation only.
- For maximum temperature measurement accuracy, avoid installing cameras near exits to street, in direct sunlight, and close to direct exposure to air conditioning.
- The distance between the camera and a person in the measurement area must be within 1-2 meters.
- For best accuracy, install the Electromagnetic Radiation Absorber (BB) in the measurement area at the same distance as a person.
- The maximum angle of incidence must not exceed +/- 15° from the frontal angle of photos of people's faces obtained from cameras.
- Distance between pupils on photos of people's faces obtained from cameras must be at least 32 pixels.
- There must be minimum mutual covering of the captured faces.
- Faces must be evenly illuminated with a diffused light of at least 200 lux. Directional side lighting isn't allowed.
- The sharpness of the captured faces on photos obtained from cameras must at least 64 grayscale. Deficient or exceeding illumination isn't allowed.
- There must be no back light and sharp gradients of light and shade.
Photos of the captured faces obtained from cameras must be clear. Image blurring caused by motion isn't allowed.
Note
You can set the required distance between the camera and the face using a lens with the required focal length.
