To configure the Noise detector, do the following:
Go to the Detectors tab.
- Below the required camera, click Create… → Category: Service → Noise detector.
By default, the detector is enabled and set to detect noise.
If necessary, you can change the detector parameters. The list of parameters is given in the table:

Alarm end delay | 10 | Enter the time in seconds during which the generation of an event won't stop after the noise stops. If noise is detected again within the specified time, it is considered as one event |
Percentage of noise in audio stream | 2 | Specify the threshold value of noise in the audio stream as a percentage. If the value is exceeded, the detector generates an event. You must select the value empirically in the range [0, 100] |
To save the parameters of the detector, click the Apply button. To cancel the changes, click the Cancel button.
Configuration of the Noise detector is complete.
