To configure the Signal detector, do the following:

  1. Go to the Detectors tab.

  2. Below the required camera, click Create… → Category: Service → Signal detector.

By default, the detector is enabled and set to detect signals.

If necessary, you can change the detector parameters. The list of parameters is given in the table:

Basic settings
Alarm end delay10Enter the time in seconds during which the generation of an event won't stop after the noise stops. If noise is detected again within the specified time, it is considered as one event
Percentage of noise in audio stream2Specify the threshold value of noise in the audio stream as a percentage. If the value is exceeded, the detector generates an event. You must select the value empirically in the range [0, 100]

To save the parameters of the detector, click the Apply  button. To cancel the changes, click the Cancel  button.

Configuration of the Signal detector is complete.
