Documentation for Axxon One 2.0. Documentation for other versions of Axxon One is available too.
The Axxon One server starts automatically when the operating system starts.
The default time to start the Axxon One server is 120000 ms. If the server fails to start within the set time, a second forced attempt to start the server is made.
You can use the NGP_SERVICE_START_TIMEOUT_MS system variable (see Appendix 9. Creating system variable) to increase the server start time. You must specify the value of the variable in milliseconds.
If the server operation is stopped, do one of the following actions to restart the server:
- Restart the system.
- Start the Axxon One server from the notification area Start server (see Tray Tool utility).
- Start the NGP Host Service.
