Configure video parameters as follows: 

  1. Select the playback format (1): mjpeg; mjpeg via ffmpeg (less resource-intensive than mjpeg); rtsp via ffmpeg (h.264) (video is displayed in the original format via RTSP protocol).

  2. Specify the RTSP port set in the Intellect settings (2, see Configuring rtsp Server module). 

  3. Select the video aspect ratio (3): fit in window; window; fill in window; expand video.
  4. Live stream for shapshots (4): when the parameter is enabled live streams are displayed in the quad, when the parameter is disabled – frames at some update rate. 
  5. Select the preferred live video stream (5): speed - stream of low quality is selected; quality - stream of high quality is selected.
  6. Select the resolution of live and archive video when displaying on the screen (6):
    • Default 360p - display video with 480 x 360 constant resolution.
    • QCIF 144p - display video with 176 × 144 constant resolution.
    • 4CIF 576p - display video with 704 × 576 constant resolution.

    • Maximum 1080p - display video with 1920 x 1080 constant resolution.

  7. Select the video resolution in the list of cameras when displaying on the screen:

    • Default 180p - display video with 320 x 180 constant resolution.
    • SQCIF 96p - display video with 128 × 96 constant resolution.
    • QCIF 144p - display video with 176 × 144 constant resolution.
    • CIF 288p - display video with 352 × 288 constant resolution.
    • 4CIF 576p - display video with 704 × 576 constant resolution.

    • Maximum 1080p - display video with 1920 x 1080 constant

    resolution while viewing video from one camera (the Resolution setting) and while displaying video from several cameras (esolutionin multiview setting, 3):
  8. Auto - when your mobile device has a slow Internet connection, the degradation of image quality algorithm is applied for the image resolution.
  9. SQCIF - display video with constant resolution 126 × 96 (for multiview only).
  10. QCIF - display video with constant resolution 176 × 144.
  11. CIF - display video with constant resolution 352 × 288 (for multiview only).
  12. 4CIF - display video with constant resolution 704 × 576 (for multiview only).
    13. Max - display video with original

    • resolution.

  13. Select the video display mode in the tile (4, see Displaying and searching for cameras in Android Mobile Client).

  15. Activate the Dewarp (8) parameter for auto detection of fish-eye camera image format. It operates in mjpeg playback format (see 1).

  16. Activate the Dewarp autoadjust (9) parameter for correction of non-standard image from fish-eye camera.
