When updating Intellect the modified intellect.ddi file is replaced substituted with the file by default.

Чтобы избежать замены файла intellect.ddi, необходимо на шаге 5 сохранить файл с другим именем, например, In order the intellect.ddi file is not substituted it is to be saved with another name at step 5 - e.g. "intellect_1.ddi". Таким образом, в каталоге Languages будет храниться 2 файла внешних настроек: исходный и модифицированный. Утилита idb.exe при обновлении будет загружать их в алфавитном порядке. В результате такой сортировки файл intellect_1.ddi будет загружен последним, и именно его параметры будут приняты при обновлении базы данных.
При установке новой версии ПК Интеллект поверх старой, файл intellect_1.ddi не будет затронут программой установки, и изменения не будут потеряныThus, 2 files of external settings are saved in the Languages catalog: source file and modified one. The idb.exe utility loads them in alphabetical order. As a result the intellect_1.ddi file is loaded the last one and its parameters are applied when database is updated.
When installing a new Intellect version the intellect_1.ddi file is not affected by the installation wizard and changes are saved.

When deleting Intellect without saving the configuration the entire Intellect catalog (including modified files) is deleted.
