During the call, the SIP Panel window will be displayed on top of all windows and will look like this:

The information field at the top of the window displays the name of the SIP terminal, the number and duration of the call.

The buttons at the bottom of the panel provide the call control:

The table includes the following information:

Call type: incoming Image Modified or outcoming Image Modified

SubscriberThe subscriber number
NameThe subscriber name
Date and time

The call start and end time.

Note. The conference calls are shown as several calls to different numbers at the same time (see Configuring numbers of Intellect's SIP-terminal for details on group calls configuration).

DurationThe call duration

Video and/or sound are played back when playing the archived call depending on whether the subscriber (SIP-operator or SIP-device) has camera and/or microphone configured. The operator's speaker (see Selecting speaker, microphone and camera for SIP operator) is utilized for audio playback and the Monitor selected while configuring the SIP Panel (see Configuring the SIP-panel interface object) is used to playback video.
