Istnieje możliwość automatycznego generowania raportów i przesyłania ich na dany adres e-mail zgodnie z harmonogramem.

Raporty są generowane na podstawie predefiniowanych parametrów (zobacz: 

You can set up the system to automatically  generate reports and send them to an e-mail address on a schedule.

The report is built according to pre-set parameters (see Edytowanie i tworzenie nowych raportów). If the interval and filters are not configured, the report is built for the current day without any filters. To report on vehicles in the parking lot (see Jeśli interwały czasowe oraz filtry nie są skonfigurowane, raport jest generowany dla obecnego dnia, bez filtrów. Aby możliwe było wygenerowanie raportu o ilości pojazdów znajdujących się na parkingu (zobacz: Raporty o pojazdach na parkingu), you must first configure filters, otherwise the report will not be sent.

To configure the schedule, please follow the steps below:

Aby skonfigurować harmonogram, wykonaj następujące kroki:

1. Otwórz raportOpen the report.
   
2. Click Naciśnij.
3. Enter the email address to send reports to Wpisz adres e-mail, na który ma zostać wysłany raport (1). Only one address is allowedRaport można wysłać tylko na jeden adres.
   
4. Select the days when you want to send reports Wybierz dni, w których mają być wysyłane raporty (2).
5. Set the time at which the reports will be sent Wybierz czas, o którym ma zostać przesłany raport (3).
6. Click Naciśnij Apply.

The report schedule has been set up. To delete it,  click the Unsubscribe button. To save the new schedule, click the Apply button againHarmonogram raportu został skonfigurowany. Aby go usunąć, naciśnij przycisk Unsubscribe. Aby zapisać nowy harmonogram, naciśnij przycisk Apply ponownie.
